ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct Training InterventionManage internal & External Stakeholder's Expectations for all deliverables and Alerts of All Risks.
Assists leads and Managers act as Back up When Needed
Knowledge Management: Stay up to date with product knowledge to make it effective.
Recommendations for improved performance and identifying product training needs for new products.
Participate in various product & client discussions.
SLA"S METRICS :
Achieves individual SLA targets set as well the account level collective targets set for the teams.
Conduct Weekly 1:1 with direct reports to ensure that coaching is personalized and influences positive morale & drives a culture of continuous improvement within teams
Conduct performance appraisals for team members to provide input into the learning and carrer plans to team members.
Identify training needs of team members & provide coaching support to them.
Maintain EWS (EARLY WARNING SYSTEM) for the team for tracking & pro actively people issues.
Understanding & implement HR Policies.
Complete all Mandatory Training & Certifications for self & teams.
Create Enforce process reports top issues & revise processes as needed.
Implement Communication Structure to ensure process and procedural updates & shared effectiveness.
Faster Cross skilling and capability development
Conduct team-building & satisfaction of the STAKEHOLDERS.
Review VOC Scores own the trainer community.
Identify & Suggest Business Improvement.
