Language Qualification



• English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking.

Technical requirements



• Experience in WSUS, SMS, SCCM 2007 / 2012 and Microsoft Intune


• Expertise over at least 3 or more areas of SCCM as given below
  
  
  
  • Software Update Management (SUM)
  
  
  • Client Operations
  
  
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD)
  
  
  • Cloud Management (CMG) (Preferable for Intune)
  
  
  • Server Troubleshooting & Data Replication Services (DRS)
  
  


• In-depth understanding of below topics -
  
  
  
  • Core concept of different logs - Client side and Server side
  
  
  • Knowledge of Network Communication Ports used between Server and Client
  
  
  • Knowledge of flow between different components of SCCM
  
  
  • Awareness of all types of log files and troubleshooting
  
  


• Operating Systems Concepts – Active Directory, Security, OS Internals


• Networking concepts – DNS, protocols, Devices


• IIS Concepts – Configuration, ISAPI, Architecture, SSL and Kerberos


• Exception Handling


• Memory Management concepts


• Tools – Netmon, Perfmon, SQL Profiler


• Basic debugging skills


• Basic SQL Server Administration concepts


• Experience in one or more of these areas desirable
  
  
  
  • Critical Exposure areas & Technical Specifications
  
  
  • Strong experience in Windows 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and 2012 server
  
  
  • Exposure on SQL and IIS
